I do not see my order in my order history
For an order to be shown in your order history, you must be logged in during the checkout. If you place an order as a guest, it will not appear in your reserved area.

Do you ship to my country?
Here is the list of the countries in which we ship. You can select your countryduring checkout using the drop-down menu:
IT Country Italy: Italy
EN Other Countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
We do NOT ship to the following countries: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Ciprus, Greece, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Principality of Monaco, Republic of San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, Vatican City. We also DO NOT deliver to the following locations: Campione d'Italia, Ceuta and Melilla, Helgoland, Isle of Man, Canary Islands, Channel Islands, Livigno, Austrian Territories of Jungholz and Mittelberg, Territory of Busingen, or to any states not mentioned in the lists above.
How can I ask for the invoice of my order?
You can ask for the invoice only during the checkout process, by checking the box and filling the Company name, Tax Code and VAT number fields. It is not possible to request an invoice after the payment has been completed.
Can I pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery?
Payment can only be made by credit / debit card or through a Paypal account. Other forms of payment are not accepted.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add or remove items in an already placed order.
If you have changed your mind or you do not want our products anymore, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to satisfy your request.
How much does the shipping cost?
Free shipping is available on orders over 59€. For orders lower than €59.00, a variable cost will be charged to the customer, depending on the country of origin of the order (please, check the
Terms & Conditions Page with the shipping cost chart for countries).
How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
We try to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Then, it will be delivered to the courier for shipping. Enervit is not responsible for any delays due to courier’s restrictions in your specific area.
When the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to track the status of your shipment.
How can I track the status of my order?
After we delivered your order to the courier for shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
The courier reported my address to be incorrect. What should I do?
The courier may not have all the information necessary to delivery your order.
Please contact our customer service to give additional information (For example the company name, house number or the door phone number)
What if I am not at home during a delivery attempt?
The courier will make another delivery attempt the next working day. If it does not find you at home for the second time, the package will be delivered to a parcel shop. We will send you an email with the address you must go to collect your order.
Can I change my order’s delivery address?
If you want to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
