Shipments

 

1 - Shipments in Italy: Home deliveries are free of charge for Orders of €49.00 or more. Customers must pay a delivery charge of €6.90 for Orders of less than €49.00.

2 - Shipments outside Italy (except Finland): Shipping is free for orders of €59.00 or more. For orders lower than €59.00, a variable cost will be charged to the customer, depending on the country of origin of the order (please, check the Terms & Conditions Page with the shipping cost chart for countries).

3 - Finland: Customers must pay a delivery charge of 30€. There is no free shipping option.

Here is the list of countries we ship to, selectable from the drop-down menu during checkout:

  • EUROPEAN COUNTRIES: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.

 


We do NOT ship to the following countries: Bulgaria, Vatican City, Greece, North Macedonia, Principality of Monaco, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Republic of San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Switzerland, and all other countries not listed above

 

 

We do NOT ship to the following locations: Campione d'Italia, Ceuta and Melilla, Helgoland Island, Isle of Man, Canary Islands, Channel Islands, Livigno, the Austrian territories of Jungholz and Mittelberg, and the territory of Büsingen.

 

 

Delivery times:

 

Enervit reserves 48 hours for order processing, then commits to doing everything possible to ensure products are delivered within the following timeframes*:

  • Italy: 2–3 days from the date the courier takes charge of the shipment
  • Outside Italy: within 7 days from the date the courier takes charge of the shipment

Once the courier has picked up your order, you will receive a notification with a tracking link to follow your shipment status.

Shipping fees: 

 

  • Shipping in Italy: Free shipping for orders of €49 or more (shipping costs excluded). For orders below this amount, a €6.90 shipping fee applies.
  • Shipping outside Italy (except Finland): Free shipping for orders of €59 or more (shipping costs excluded). For orders below this amount, shipping costs vary depending on the destination country  (see cost table in the Terms & conditions section).
  • Finland: Customers must pay a delivery charge of 30€. There is no free shipping option.
