Measure 3 tablespoons of product into a bowl and add 200 ml of semi-skimmed milk (1 block) or 250 ml of EnerZona Soya Drink 40-30-30 (or 200 ml of milk or 200 ml of semi-skimmed yogurt) to obtain a breakfast of 2 blocks. For a breakfast of 3 blocks, add 4 EnerZona 40-30-30 shortbread biscuits to the 2-block breakfast. The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
