Cream of pumpkin with vegetal protein


INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)

  • 250g pumpkin, peeled and diced
  • 60g carrots, scrubbed and chopped
  • 80g of chopped onion
  • 200mL vegetable broth
  • 2 scoops of EnerZona Vegetal Protein
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bunch of fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds


In a saucepan place the pumpkin, carrot, and onion, add the vegetable stock and simmer with the lid on until the vegetables are tender (about 30 minutes).

Add the Vegetal Protein, add water to thin (if necessary), then blend well with an immersion blender until smooth.

Serve hot, garnish with chopped parsley, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Recipe for 2 complete blocks.
