Black forest cups with chocolate bites


INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)

  • 1 pack of EnerZona Dark Chocolate Bites
  • 1 pack of Enerzona Milk Chocolate
  • 100g cherries
  • 200g low-fat plain yogurt
  • 80g ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon natural stevia
  • 1 sheet of gelatine
  • 1 teaspoon extra dark chocolate chips
  • 2 whole cherries


Remove the cherry pits with the appropriate tool, then place them in a saucepan. Cook over very low heat, stirring often to soften them without mashing them. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Soak the gelatine sheet in cold water for 10 minutes. Heat a small saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water, squeeze excess water out of the rehydrated gelatine and place it in the saucepan. Stir well to dissolve completely, then set aside.

Place the ricotta in a bowl and work it with a whisk to make it soft. Add the yogurt, stevia, and the dissolved gelatine. Mix well.

Using 2 jars, place a layer of crumbled Bites, then a spoonful of cherries, followed by a little bit of ricotta cream. Repeat until all ingredients are used up. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.

Garnish each jar with 1 whole cherry and extra dark chocolate chips, enjoy.


Serves 4 complete blocks, 2 servings of 2 blocks each.
