Ingredients

Whole milk powder – Milk proteins (milk proteins, emulsifier: lecithins) (22%) – Rice starch – Banana powder – Egg white – Acacia fiber – Salt – Raising agent: sodium carbonates. May contain nuts, soybeans. This product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle

Usage
Mode of preparation for 2 pancakes (= 2 blocks): 1. In a bowl, combine 60 ml of whole milk with 40 g of the mixture (about 4 tablespoons) and mix with a whisk. 2. Pour the mixture into a previously heated nonstick pan; divide it into two parts to make 2 pancakes. 3. Cook over medium-low heat until the pancake can be easily lifted from the pan (about 2 minutes). 4. Flip the pancake and finish cooking on the other side (about 2 more minutes).
