Cocoa Pancakes with yogurt and pomegrane
INGREDIENTS (for 2 people)
- 8 tablespoons of EnerZona Pancakes mix
- 120g of fresh whole milk
- 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 200g of semi-skimmed yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds
PREPARATION
Place pancake mix, cocoa powder, and milk in a bowl. Mix well with a whisk to obtain a smooth, dense mixture.
Heat a pancake pan or a non-stick frying pan over low heat. Pour in a small ladle of mixture, then wait 1-2 minutes for bubbles to form on the surface. Flip gently and cook for another minute.
Serve pancakes stacked and garnished with yogurt and pomegranate seeds.
Recipe for 5 complete blocks
For a version of 6 complete blocks (3 per serving), add 80g of cow's milk ricotta to the yogurt, blending well to obtain a creamy mixture. Serve together with 50g of pomegranate seeds.
