Obiettivo3 is a project that was conceived by Alex Zanardi, which aims to recruit, empower, and support disabled people who want to start a sport.

From the beginning, Enervit wanted to support a project that has its purpose in its name: to identify at least three members from within the largest possible group of disabled people to be recruited and enabled in sports, and who, with the right support and backing, can engage in a sports discipline with a goal to qualify for the Paralympic Games.
The project aims to be a trait d'union between the world of sport and the world of disability, and to translate into an important and socially impactful action.
Athlete recruitment takes place at hospitals, orthopaedic and spinal centres, on the fields of competition and especially through the organization’s network. This is done in close collaboration with various social and regional entities that can identify and recommend potential candidates.
The aim is to be present throughout the country and to offer support in as many disciplines as possible.
For this reason, ad hoc events are organized to identify new recruits.

At the last Paralympic Games in Tokyo, Obiettivo3’s Katia Aere scored a brilliant bronze medal in the Category H5 in-line race.
