Mix the contents of one sachet in 150 ml of water and let the product stand for about 2 minutes to obtain a good consistency. You can obtain an even creamier consistency by using a shaker. The product can be used when it?s necessary to replace a meal quickly and easily. It is useful for its intended use only in the context of a low-calorie diet associated with adequate physical activity; this diet must necessarily include other foods, provide an adequate daily intake of liquids, and can be achieved regardless of the use of the product itself. The diet must be customized according to individual characteristics and if followed for a prolonged period, longer than three weeks, it is advisable to seek the advice of your doctor.
