Winter salad with mandarins and protein flakes

INGREDIENTS (fot 2 people)

  • Red and white radicchio as desired
  • Songino, curly lettuce or your preferred lettuce
  • 4 clementines
  • 2 tablespoons of EnerZona Protein Flakes
  • 80g of buffalo mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

 

PREPARATION

Wash the radicchio and your favourite salad leaves. Arrange them in a serving dish, alternating the leaves.

Peel the clementines, then slice them in half, then in quarters. Cut the mozzarella into chunks.

Place clementines and mozzarella on the radicchio and salad leaves, dress with extra virgin olive oil and lemon.

Finish with protein flakes, for a pleasing crunch.

 

Recipe for 4 complete blocks, 2 per serving.
