Milk protein isolate (milk protein isolate, emulsifier: lecithin) (63%) - Whey protein isolate (25%) - Flavours - Cocoa (3.4%) - Low fat cocoa (low fat cocoa, acidity regulator: potassium carbonates) (2.3%) - Anti-caking agent: calcium phosphates - Sodium chloride - Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide - Edulcolorant: sucralose - Pyridoxine hydrochloride - Vanillin. May contain traces of egg and soy.

One scoop provides approximately 7.7 g of protein. The product can be added to every day foods or consumed as a pleasant shake. To prepare a shake, dissolve two scoops (approx. 20 g) in 150 ml (or alternatively 3 scoops (approx. 30 g) in 250 ml) of non-carbonated water using a shaker. We recommend up to a maximum of 3 scoops per day depending on your activity and taking into consideration other protein sources in your diet.
