Every Liquid Gel provides 30 g of carbohydrates in 2:1 maltodextrin-fructose ratio. Take 1-2 Liquid Gels for every hour of physical activity. Once the Liquid Gel has been opened, keep it in the refrigerator and use within 48 hours.
