Barley salad

Raw pot barley 40 g 60 g
Feta 135 g 180 g
Fresh baby onions 2 2
Rocket salad 100 g 100 g
Ripe tomatoes 100 g 100 g
Table spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil 1 1
Oregano as needed as needed


  • Cook the barley in boiling water with a little salt for about 30 minutes.
  • Cool it under cold water.
  • Slice the onions, tomatoes and rocket salad.
  • Dice the cheese. Add it to the barley.
  • Dress with oil, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with oregano.
