Group Structure

The Enervit Group is made up of Enervit S.p.A., the parent company, and by its subsidiaries: Zest 12 S.A, a Swiss company controlled by Enervit Group (100%), Equipe Enervit S.r.l. (99.98% owned by Enervit S.p.A.) and Also Enervit International S.A., a Luxembourg-based company, 100% owned by Enervit.
