Milan, Wednesday 16 April 2008 - Enervit S.p.A., a company involved in the research, development, manufacturing and marketing of speciality foods and innovative products for sportsmen and those mindful of their wellbeing, has today formally applied to the CONSOB and Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (the Italian Stock Exchange) for approval of its Prospectus and admission of its shares for trading on the Mercato Expandi, organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
The Global Coordinator, Listing Partner is Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A., The Advisor to the Company is Banca Akros and the Independent Auditor appointed is Baker Tilly Consulaudit.
The current shareholders in Enervit, founded fifty years ago by Paolo Sorbini, are Alberto, Giuseppe and Maurizia Sorbini, Group Chairman and Directors respectively, Nerio Alessandri (through LQH), Claudio Costamagna and Tamburi Investment Partners.
